Merkouris Telonis

Merkouris comes from Limassol, Cyprus and he is one of the Founder Partners of the Firm.

He graduated in Law from the Democritus University of Thrace, Greece in 2007.

He has founded the Law Firm with his wife Yiolanda in 2018. He was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association and the Paphos Bar Association in 2009. He has many years of experience in the profession with a high rate of success.

Merkouris practices litigation covering civil law, criminal law, family law, property law, Contract Law, employment law, administrative law and debt collection.

He has advised and represented clients in cases concerning, amongst others, torts, negligence, Car accidents, accidents at work, trespass to the property, breach of contracts, assaults, damage to the property, employees claims due to their unfair dismissal, Contract Law and Real Estate.

Mercouris has extensive experience and a successful track record in traffic and work accident cases where he has quickly secured for his clients the maximum compensation against the insurance companies out of court through successful negotiations. Where required and the case was taken to court, the case received the utmost professional handling and a successful outcome at the lowest possible cost to the client.
