Furthermore, our law firm is engaged in the drafting and conclusion of contracts for the purchase of real estate (inspection of title deeds in Land Registries and Cadastral Offices, negotiation and completion of notarial deeds of transfer, financing of the purchase of real estate and negotiation of real estate construction contracts). Furthermore, our law firm conducts a survey in the Cadastre which is required to be done for the protection of the buyer of the property before the purchase and drafting of any agreement such as inspection and/or investigation for encumbrances, which may be registered on the property under purchase, whether the necessary planning and infrastructure permits, final approval certificates have been issued, along with anything else related to the legality of the property, whether the property has been erected in accordance with the architectural plans and the licenses issued, in which case our law firm has and cooperates with the appropriate experts, who will inspect the property and prepare a relevant report. Also, investigation in relation to any defects on the property, border disputes and other problems that may exist in the property under purchase such as the non-existence of title deeds.
