Yiolanda Zimboulaki Teloni

Yiolanda comes from Paphos, Cyprus and she is one of the Founder Partners of the Firm.

She graduated in Law from the Democritus University of Thrace, Greece in 2005 and obtained a Masters degree (MSc) in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Leicester, United Kingdom in 2013.

She founded the Firm with her husband Merkouris Telonis in 2018. She was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association and the Paphos Bar Association in 2006. She has many years of experience in the Courts.

Yiolanda is an experienced litigator dealing with civil cases (contracts and torts) as well as criminal cases and cases in the field of administrative law, property and Contract law, probates, family law, banking law, debt collection, Real Estate and Corporate Law.

She has been involved in many cases against estate agents and developers who were in breach of contract in relation to the construction and delivery of immovable property and in such cases she successfully obtained damages for her clients and the order of specific performance where appropriate.

She has also been involved in cases against banks and other financial institutions such as Swiss Francs Cases and issuing interim orders for canceling auctions against the debtor’s properties. She has also a high rate of success in loans restructurings. In addition to the legal battles, Yolanda also deals with the wider field of contract law, with the drafting and implementation of contracts and with the real estate law

Yiolanda has been handled with success very serious criminal cases in the higher Criminal Court.
